By accessing or using the Za6Zo application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including riders, drivers, and partners.

2. Description of Services

Za6Zo provides a technology platform that connects riders with independent drivers for transportation services. Our services include shared rides, premium rides, and city-to-city transportation. Za6Zo does not provide transportation services directly and is not a transportation carrier.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Rides and Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance, time, and ride type. All fares are displayed before booking confirmation. Payment is processed through the app upon ride completion. Za6Zo reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in the app.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to treat drivers, other riders, and Za6Zo staff with respect. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited. Users must not damage vehicles or engage in unsafe behavior during rides. Violation of these rules may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Safety

Za6Zo is committed to safety. All drivers undergo background checks and vehicle inspections. However, Za6Zo does not guarantee the safety of any ride. Users are encouraged to use in-app safety features including trip sharing, emergency contacts, and the SOS button.

7. Limitation of Liability

Za6Zo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific ride in question.

8. Changes to Terms

Za6Zo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the app or website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
